It is integral to our business philosophy that a constant evaluation be taking place to find new ways to please our clients. This is seldom in large ways, but simply a lot of small ways, which I call— finesse. We firmly believe in the teachings of Dr. W. Edwards Deming in evaluating our processes and when asked by our clients, we also assist in evaluating their processes.
